Suggested Use: Adults: Take 1 rounded scoop daily (approx. 5g). Mix with at least 10-12 oz. of water, juice or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5g) servings twice daily. Children (6-12 years): one third (approx. 1.65g) the adult dosage. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternatively with our top selling Colon Cleanse. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by Colon Cleanse for maintenance in between.
