Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement; take 1500 mg (~1/4 tbsp) with 8 ounces of water or suitable beverage. On training days; take once as a pre-workout 30-60 minutes prior to exercise and/or again immediately after exercise as a post-workout. 1Carefully measure out suggested serving size using a microscale.2Add to preferred beverage.3Mix well.4Drink within 10-15 minutes.How to use Storage: Store in a cool; dry place.
