Suggested Use

Try taking with liquid ionic blood sugar support (SKU #208) for additional support. For increased blood sugar control; try glycox 500. Directions: Adults: Take one capsule 15 minutes before meals containing carbohydrates. Do not exceed 3 capsules daily. Works well with breakfast; pre-workout; and/or post-workout meals. It can take 2 to 3 capsules a day for 2 weeks to see results. Results will vary. Shake well before using.
