Suggested Use

Directions: Shake bottle well before use to loosen materials as contents may compact or settle during shipping and handling. Adults; stir or mix thoroughly (45-60 seconds) 2 level scoops (included) into 8 ounces of water or juice 3 times a day (not recommended for carbonated beverages). Important: Stir or mix thoroughly with a glass of liquid (minimum 8 oz. suggested) when consuming this product as choking can occur. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing or have an obstructed bowel.
