DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops with 6-12 fl. oz. of water or your favorite sports beverage prior to training. On non-workout days, take 1-2 scoops before breakfast. For Maximum results, take 2 scoops 30-60 minutes prior to training. Do not take prior to bedtime.
