Suggested Use

Directions: For use as an oral dietary supplement; take 1mL (9 sprays; on or under the tongue) one hour before your midday meal. Wait 15 seconds before swallowing. For twice-a-day use; split dose between two meals (5 sprays; one hour before each meal). Do not exceed 10 sprays in 24 hours. Caution: If you are taking prescription medication or have a medical condition; are pregnant or lactating; consult your physician before taking this product. Shake well before each use.
