Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: Adults: Take one (1) packet daily with or after a meal as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your physician. Before taking, mix contents of packet with liquid or soft food such as applesauce. Take soon after mixing.
