HFM Pre + Probiotic

Suggested Use

Recommended Dose: Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): In a glass; add water or juice to one heaped scoop of HMF Pre + Probiotic and mix. Take once daily; at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications; or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Drink a full glass of liquid with each serving. When used as a gentle laxative; effects are observed twelve to twenty-four hours after first dose; and may take two to three days.
