DIRECTIONS: To assess your tolerance, follow the chart provided. Take 1 capsule with 8 oz. of water 2 times a day 30 to 60 minutes before your two largest meals, (eg. breakfast and lunch). Once tolerance has been assessed, take 2 capsules twice daily. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Avoid snacking, and drink 10 glasses of water each day. Avoid usage within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and training. Read entire label before use and follow the directions provided. Day 1 & Day 2 – 1 capsule, 2x daily Day 3 & Beyond – 2 capsules, 2x daily
