Suggested Use

Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults only; take two (2) softgels daily; one (1) softgel before breakfast or morning exercise routine and one (1) softgel early to mid-afternoon. Do not exceed more than 3 softgels per day. Initially; take no more than one (1) softgel for the first 3-5 days to determine your tolerance. For best results; use in conjunction with an appropriate diet & exercise program.
