Suggested Use

~ Quick and easy to prepare. Just mix and drink. Suggested Use:1-2 teaspoonfuls in 5-10 ounces of water; 3-4 times per day. For a milder drink; double or triple the water (recommended for the first time you try it). For best results measure the water into a closeable container then add the powder to the liquid and shake well. For a two-day cleanse use two teaspoonfuls six times per day. Drink 4 additional pints of pure water daily.
