(1-2 daily)Suggested use: For occasional use only:1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take for no more than 7 days continuously.Short-Term Cleansing program:As part of a 14-day cleanse cycle; take 1 to 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 7 days or as directed by a healthcare professional. On days 8 through 14; continue by consuming additional fiber and water throughout the day. Do not repeat cleansing program for at least 6 to 8 weeks. If it is your first time taking this product; start with 1 capsule for the first 4 days.
