Suggested Use: Adults, as a dietary supplement, dispense product directly onto food. Dispense 10 pumps for 100 mg of ubiquibol. Before using this pump for the first time, remove the cap and prime the pump by repeatedly pressing until liquid appears. Prime the pump over a sink or covered surface. 15 pumps provides 150 mg of ubiquinol.
