Suggested Use

Maximize EffectivenessTo obtain maximum effectiveness for internal use; it must be put in a liquid colloidal state. In a suspended liquid state; it's power to absorb is far greater and more active than Bentonite clay in tablet or capsule form. Shake well before using Suggested Use:One teaspoon for each 50 lbs. of body weight. Take twice per day. In the morning; mix with 4 oz. warm water or juice. In the evening; take undiluted. For best results; drink 48 oz. of pure water a day to assist in elimination of acids and toxins through the kidneys. Because Dr. LaMar's Liquid Bentonite is a leaching agent; a person shouldn't take more than 50 percent of their body weight at any one time. The suggested amount may be taken for as long as necessary to achieve desired results.
