Suggested Use

Directions: Fill ordinary glass with cool water; milk; or fruit juice; Sprinkle one rounded teaspoon into liquid. Stir quickly and drink immediately; an additional glass of liquid is helpful. Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement; adults one rounded teaspoon two or three times daily or as otherwise directed. Children according to age.
