Directions: A good cleansing program requires two steps: cleansing and maintenance. For thorough cleansing: Mix one (1) tablespoon of powder with at least 12 oz. of water or juice. Stir thoroughly and drink immediately. Do this morning and evening, 30 minutes before meals for 14 days. Always follow with another 12 oz. of water. For maintenance care: Mix one (1) teaspoon of powder with at least 12 oz. of water or juice. Stir thoroughly and drink immediately. Do this once daily upon arising or at bedtime.
