Suggested Use

Directions: A good cleansing program requires two steps: cleansing and maintenance. For thorough cleansing: Mix one (1) tablespoon of powder with at least 12 oz. of water or juice. Stir thoroughly and drink immediately. Do this morning and evening; 30 minutes before meals for 14 days. Always follow with another 12 oz. of water.For maintenance care: Mix one (1) teaspoon of powder with at least 12 oz. of water or juice. Stir thoroughly and drink immediately. Do this once daily upon arising or at bedtime.
