RECOMMENDED USE:{Men 2 Scoops} = 44 GRAMS OF PROTEIN{Women 1 Scoop} = 22 GRAMS OF PROTEINDIRECTIONS:BLENDAdd 1 scoop to blender. Blend for 20 seconds; add ice and blend for extra 20 seconds.
