Directions for age 12+ years:Take one capsule daily. Continued use is suggested.When traveling; take two capsules daily [one in the morning and one at night] before and during the trip.During antibiotic use; take one capsule twice daily [as directed above] and continue for 10 days after completion of antibiotics.
