Directions: To access tolerance; start by taking 2 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning. An additional 2 capsules can be taken 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance is assessed; dose ca be increased to 3 capsules in the morning and 2-3 capsules 5-6 hours later.
