Suggested Use

Directions: To assess tolerance; start by taking 2 capsules with food in the morning. An additional 2 capsules can be taken with food 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance is assessed; serving can be increased to 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules 5-6 hours later. Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hours period. Do not use longer than 8 continuous weeks without a 4 week break. Do not take with any other products or food containing caffeine or other stimulants.
