SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement for adults, use daily for up to 12 weeks in a cycle, then discontinue for 2 weeks before beginning a new cycle. POST-WORKOUT: Take 5 capsules post-workout. OFF-DAYS: Take 5 capsules at bedtime.

Exceeding recommended dosage may cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation or diarrhea. Do not use if you have acetylcysteine allergies or thiamine deficiency.
