Serving directionsFor age 0-1 infants; take 1 packet daily. For age 1-3; take 1 packet twice daily. Consume directly or add into milk; food or beverages. It is best to be dissolved below 40 degrees C and consume within 30 minutes in order to preserve the activity of probiotics.
