Directions: As a dietary supplement for adult males; 2 capsules one hour prior to physical activity; on an empty stomach two times daily or as directed by a health professional. For maintenance use; 2 capsules daily 5 days on 2 days off. Long term use; 3 months on and 2 weeks off.
