Suggested Use

Directions for use: Add one serving of Signature Mass Gainer to 16 oz. of cold water and shake well until dissolved. Adjust the level of liquid used to modify the flavor and thickness to your preference. If one full serving exceeds the capacity of your shaker bottle; mix 1/2 serving with 8 oz. of cold water and consume two shakes throughout the day. To mix your gainer into a smoothie; combine with water (or beverage of choice) and frozen fruit and mix in a blender until you reach the desired consistency.
