Suggested Use

Directions: Mix 1-2 scoops to in approximately 6-8 oz. water or milk with a shaker cup until completely dispersed. Use before or after workouts and can also be used when protein consumption is desired. To encourage a positive nitrogen balance; consume approximately 5 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplements.
