Intake Instructions: (Shake Well) Children% Sensitive Individuals: 1 drop in 4-6 oz of filtered water or juice once (1X) a day in the morning. Increase intake by 1 drop every three days as tolerated; optimal intake is 52-78 drops twice (2X) a day.Adults: 13 drops in 6-8 oz of filtered water or juice twice (2X) a day.
