Nicotinamide is a water-soluble amide of nicotinic acid. It is an essential member of the B-vitamin family and it does not cause a niacin flush. Biophix Maximum Strength Nicotinamide has been formulated to produce a gradual release over a prolonged period of time using a proprietary Micro-Sphere Sustained Release System. Nicotinamide and niacin are two different forms of vitamin B-3.
