DIRECTIONS To assess your tolerance, start by drinking 1 scoop mixed with 12 oz. of water 30-45 minutes prior to intense exercise. Trained athletes or those with high tolerance to strong stimulants might require an extra scoop. DO NOT EXCEED 3 SCOOPS IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD!
