Directions - Recommended use to burn calories fast: To experience the fat-loss power of BEAUTYFUEL(TM); start by taking 1 capsule with an 8-oz glass of cold water 2 times daily; approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals. If you're exercising that day; take one of these servings prior to your workout. On day 2; increase dosage to 2 capsules twice daily. Do not take more than 2 capsules in any 4-hour period and/or 4 capsules every 24 hours. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep.
