Suggested Use: Combine 1/2 tablespoon Mellow Mind with 8 ounces hot water. Let steep for 5–7 minutes, strain, and serve! Mellow Mind can be made in larger batches at the ratio of 1/2 tablespoon per 1 cup of water. For a stronger brew, steep for 10 minutes.
