Suggested Use

Directions: As a dietary supplement; mix one scoop in eight (8) ounces of juice or water and drink immediately. On workout days; take one (1) serving thirty (30) minutes prior to training and an additional serving no later than thirty (30) minutes post training.Loading Phase: For the first seven (7) days of use; take one (1) scoop four (4) times daily (20g/day).Maintenance Phase: For days eight (8) through thirty (30); take one (1) scoop two (2) time daily (10g/day). Cease consumption for seven (7) days and then repeat this cycle.
