Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement; take one serving (4 capsules) twice daily. Training days: Take one serving one hour before training. Take an additional 4 capsules immediately following your training session. Non Training days: Take one serving with your first meal. Take an additional serving with a meal 4-6 hours later.
