Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule one (1) to three (3) times daily, preferably between meals or as directed by a health care professional.

L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid, which are the building blocks of protein. L-Tyrosine supports healthy brain function and mental alertness as it is used in the production of neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine. L-Tyrosine supports healthy glandular function, stress response, helps to fortify the immune system and provides nourishment and strength to other organs of the body because it acts as a cortisol regulator. L-Tyrosine is also necessary for the synthesis of thyroid hormone and epinephrine (adrenaline).
