Suggested Use

Direction of use: Pour 3/4 of a teaspoon of powder (3.33 g) into a glass or a cup. Add 60 mL (2 ounces) of room temperature water and stir well. Drink it on empty stomach in morning. Take once daily or more as directed by your physician.
