Suggested UseAs a dietary supplement; 1/8 teaspoon (approx. 275 mg); one to three times daily; or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.The entire contents of the 6-gram bottle can be mixed into one quart of tepid water. The resulting solution (approx. 95 mg per tablespoon) is stable if refrigerated. 1 or 2 tablespoons of this liquid may be taken one to five times per day between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use.
