Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement; take 3 capsules at bedtime with 8-12 oz of water; on an empty stomach for 7-10 days or until desired cleanse has been attained. Serving size may vary depending on individual. Increase serving size by up to 2 capsules until desired effect is achieved. Decrease serving size for maintenance.
