Suggested Use

SUGGESTED USE Take 2 capsules daily (one upon rising and one at bedtime) until optimum intestinal health is achieved. One capsule before bedtime should be used as a maintenance dose. This product should be taken on an empty stomach. Once an optimum level of intestinal health is reached; one capsule daily is recommendedas a maintance dosage.
