Directions: For the first 3 days; take 1 capsule each day in the morning on an empty stomach. After 3 days; take 2 capsules each day in the morning on an empty stomach. Suggested use: For the first 3 days; take 1 capsule of LiverMax I (Morning Formula) in the morning and 1 capsule of LiverMax II (Evening Formula) at night. After 3 days; increase to 2 capsules of LiverMax I in the morning and 2 capsules of LiverMax II in the evening. This program may be taken as needed to assist natural detoxification functions.
